本研究参考成效为本(OBTL)理论,选取江苏城市职业学院校园商品展销会对《市场营销》实训全过程质量管理进行实践与探索,发现使用OBTL进行《市场营销》实训全过程质量管理是一种能有效提升学生实训满意度的教学方法,因为这一方法体现了“教师与学生、教学与学习、目标与考核、成果与效果”的统一。同时笔者建议在实训全过程中需要有:明确的实训教学成果、细化的考评标准、健全的教学质量管理文件以及全过程质量保障监督机制。
Based on the OBTL theory, this study selects the campus products tradeshow of Jiangsu Urban Vocational College to conduct the practice and exploration of the whole process of “marketing” practical training and found that using OBTL to carry out the whole process of “marketing” training quality management Is a teaching method that can effectively enhance students’ training satisfaction because this method embodies the unity of “teacher and student, teaching and learning, goal and assessment, achievement and effect”. At the same time, I suggest that in the whole process of practical training need to have: a clear training teaching results, detailed evaluation criteria, a sound teaching quality management documents and the whole process of quality assurance supervision mechanism.
