在出、凝血检查的筛选试验中,各型HEMOCHRON~(R)仪最适用于进行活化凝血时间(activated clotting time,ACT)的测定。 ACT类似CT,但CT为不加任何试剂的试管法自然凝血时间,而ACT则加用白陶土-脑磷脂或二氧化硅-脑磷脂等激活因子Ⅶ、Ⅺ,以增加本试验的敏感性。CT因不敏感而被淘汰,而ACT的测定用于肝素抗凝治疗的监测中却声誉鹊起。
In out, coagulation screening tests, various HEMOCHRON ~ (R) instrument is most suitable for the determination of activated clotting time (ACT). ACT is similar to CT, but CT is the natural clotting time of the test tube without any reagent, and ACT is activated with factors such as kaolin-cephalin or silica-cephalin VII, XI to increase the sensitivity of this test. CT was eliminated because of insensitivity, and the determination of ACT for the monitoring of heparin anticoagulant therapy has gained a high reputation.
