新一轮的课程改革正在火热进行中,我校为了适应党的教育方针政策,推出了“先学后教,当堂训练”的教学模式。这对于我这个在讲台上讲了三十年的讲授型教师而言,无疑是当头一棒,为了更快的适应课程改革的需要,我不得不又重新拿起书本学习新课程理念,新的教学方法,认真体会“先学后教”的主旨,并逐步落实到我的课堂当中。下面就我的学习及应用谈几点我的看法与大家共同学习:“先学后教”是在“先教后学”的基础上发展起来的一种先
