中国联通公司,中国移动通信公司于5月17日推出了独立于中国电信的互联网接入业务,并开始在全国的部分大中城市试开通运行,此举在 IP 业务市场中又掀起了新的竞争。
China Unicom and China Mobile launched the internet access business independently of China Telecom on May 17 and started to test-run in some large and medium-sized cities in the country. This move set off a new wave in the IP business market competition.
