采用聚吡咯修饰铂电极对抗癌药物呋氟尿嘧啶进行电化学控制释放 ,结果表明该药物的负载与释放由聚吡咯膜的电化学氧化还原过程决定 ,其释放量可达 10 - 5mol/L ,并与还原电量、膜厚呈线形关系。
