传统知识传授型课程教学的教学模式是以知识为目标,以教师讲授为主,由概念引入,以逻辑推力为中心,以教师为主体,课上没有学生的训练。本文以《民事诉讼实务》课程为例运用基于工作过程的系统化思路与方法对法律类课程改革进行了研究,论述了高职院校法律类课程的设计方法,给出了《民事诉讼实务》课程的整体教学设计和教学单元设计,包括课程的整体教学及课程单元设计等。对高职院校法律类其他课程改革具有一定的参考价值。
The teaching mode of traditional knowledge-based teaching is based on knowledge, mainly teachers, introduced by concepts, centered on logic thrust, teachers as the main body, and no class training. In this paper, the course of “civil litigation practice” is taken as an example to apply the systematic thinking and method based on working process to study the reform of legal courses, and the design method of legal courses in higher vocational colleges is discussed. It has a certain reference value to the reform of other legal courses in higher vocational colleges.
