通过电子枪的优化设计、测量电路的设计以及测量方法的选择,成功设计了一种加速器真空室常用材料二次电子产额的测量装置。用此系统测量了原电子能量在0~3 keV时不锈钢、无氧铜、TiN膜等材料的二次电子产额,某些相同材料的测量结果与国内外资料相近似。实验结果可为新一代加速器真空室的设计以参考,对于国内在此领域的深入研究有一定的借鉴意义。
Through the optimization design of electron gun, the design of measuring circuit and the selection of measuring method, a measuring device of secondary electron yield of commonly used accelerator vacuum chamber materials was successfully designed. Using this system, the secondary electron yield of stainless steel, oxygen-free copper, TiN film and other materials at the initial electron energy of 0 ~ 3 keV was measured. The measurement results of some of the same materials were similar to the data at home and abroad. The experimental results can be used as a reference for the design of a new generation of accelerator vacuum chamber, which is of some reference to the domestic research in this field.
