科技查新咨询工作是我国科技管理现代化的一项重大改革措施。自1990年国家科委科技情报司将其正式纳入科研管理的法定程序以来,无论对减少我国科研的重复和保证成果的质量、积极开发科技情报信息资源、提高情报服务质量,还是充分发挥情报的决策支持功能等,均显示了重要的作用。我室自1992年确定为全军医药卫生二级科技查新咨询单位后,在为我校及广州军区各医疗单位等进行查新服务工作中,深深体会到认真做好这一工作,对
Consultation on science and technology is a major reform measure for the modernization of science and technology management in our country. Since the State Science and Technology Information Bureau formally incorporated it into the statutory procedures of scientific research management in 1990, it has actively explored the resources of science and technology intelligence information, enhanced the quality of intelligence services and made full use of intelligence in reducing the quality of the duplication and assurance of scientific research in our country.
