目的探究经皮球囊扩张椎体成型术患者的临床护理效果。方法随机选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月期间治疗的经皮球囊扩张椎体成型术患者100例进行医学探究,术前做好患者的心理护理和疼痛护理,进行功能锻炼指导,术后密切观察患者的生命体征,预防骨水泥渗漏现象发生,指导患者合理饮食,加强锻炼。结果所有患者经过护理后均恢复较好,无并发症现象发生,全部康复出院。结论积极做好经皮球囊扩张椎体成型术患者的临床护理工作对于提高患者的临床恢复效果,促进患者早日康复出院具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of percutaneous balloon vertebroplasty in patients. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients who underwent percutaneous balloon dilation and vertebroplasty from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected for medical investigation. The patients were given psychological care and pain nursing before operation, Closely observe the patient’s vital signs after surgery to prevent the occurrence of bone cement leakage, to guide patients with a reasonable diet, exercise. Results All patients recovered well after nursing. No complications occurred and all the patients were discharged. Conclusion The clinical nursing of patients with percutaneous balloon dilation and vertebroplasty is very important to improve the clinical recovery effect and promote the patients discharged from hospital as soon as possible.
