中学生闲暇生活影响因素逐步判别分析

目的了解中学生闲暇生活的影响因素,为提高中学生闲暇生活质量提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,选取上海市某区1 502名初、高中学生作为调查对象,按知情同意原则进行相关问卷调查,用逐步判别分析方法分析相关影响因素。结果在逐步判别分析中,分别以年龄、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、上网行为指数、社会支持指数、学习倦怠指数、学校氛围指数、自尊量表指数等7个因素为自变量,探讨与学习日的做作业、身体活动、看电视、上网等闲暇时间的关系、与非学习日做作业、补课、身体活动、看电视、上网等闲暇时间的关系、与睡眠时间、床上时间、睡眠效率的关系。同时,以这些闲暇时间为应变量,探讨与生活满意度、学习成绩的关系。闲暇时间包括做作业、身体活动、看电视、上网等时间,中学生在学习日分别为2.39,1.16,0.57,0.65 h,合计4.77 h;在非学习日分别为2.89,2.27,1.37,1.28,1.82 h,合计9.63 h。中学生闲暇时间与年龄、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、上网行为、社会支持、学习倦怠、学校氛围、自尊量表、生活满意度、学校成绩评分等相关。结论生物—心理—社会医学模式下,闲暇生活受个体、家庭、学校、社会等多种因素影响。养成良好的个人生活、学习习惯,营造健康的家庭、学校、社会氛围,对提高闲暇生活质量至关重要。 Objective To understand the influencing factors of middle school students’ leisure life and to provide the basis for improving the leisure life of middle school students. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select 1 502 primary and secondary high school students in a certain district of Shanghai as the survey subjects. The related questionnaires were conducted according to the principle of informed consent and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed by stepwise discriminant analysis. Results In the stepwise discriminant analysis, seven factors including age, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, Internet behavior index, social support index, learning burnout index, school atmosphere index and self-esteem scale index were used as independent variables Work, physical activity, watching television, surfing the internet and other leisure time, the relationship with homework, remedial classes, physical activity, watching TV and internet during non-study days, sleep time, bed time and sleep efficiency. At the same time, taking these leisure time as the variables, we discuss the relationship with life satisfaction and academic performance. The leisure time includes homework, physical activities, watching television and internet surfing. Middle school students’ learning days are 2.39, 1.16, 0.57 and 0.65 h respectively, totaling 4.77 hours. On non-study days, they are 2.89, 2.27, 1.37, 1.28 and 1.82 respectively h, total 9.63 h. Middle school students’ leisure time and age, Pittsburgh’s sleep quality index, Internet behavior, social support, learning burnout, school atmosphere, self-esteem scale, life satisfaction, school grade score and so on. Conclusions Under the bio-psycho-social medical model, leisure life is influenced by many factors such as individual, family, school and society. To develop a good personal life, study habits, create a healthy family, school, social atmosphere, to improve the quality of leisure life is essential.
