目的 研究增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者多焦视网膜电图改变。方法 采用VERISIV视觉诱发反应图像系统测量和分析增生型糖尿病视网膜病变 (III~IV期 )患者 30例(30只眼 )多焦视网膜电图改变。结果 在直径约 45°的测试范围内 6个离心度的球状区和在 4个象限 ,N1 波、P1 波和N2 波的潜伏期显著延长 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1 ) ,N1 波、P1 波和N2 波的反应密度以及N1 P1 和P1 N2 反应密度 峰值显著降低 (均P <0 0 1 )。结论 多焦视网膜电图作为一种客观定量的视觉空间功能检查新方法 ,对糖尿病视网膜病变具有诊断的价值
Objective To study the changes of multifocal electroretinography in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods VERISIV visual evoked response imaging system was used to measure and analyze the multifocal electroretinograms in 30 patients (30 eyes) with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (III-IV). The results showed that in the test range of diameter about 45 °, there were 6 centrifugation globular regions and significantly prolonged latency (P <0 05 or 0 0 1), N1 wave, P1 wave and N2 wave in 4 quadrants, N1 wave, P1 wave and N2 wave. The reaction density of P1 wave and N2 wave and the peak of reaction density of N1 P1 and P1 N2 decreased significantly (all P <0.01). Conclusions Multifocal electroretinography is an objective and quantitative method for visual function of the visual space and is of value in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy
