少数民族地区经济落后,归根到底,落后在教育,落后在科技.发展教育,迅速提高少数民族的文化科技水平是当务之急.除国家帮助之外,需要动员社会力量捐资助学、办学.上海天马袜厂为本区少数民族学生设立奖励基金,无疑是一件有意义的事情.我们希望有更多的企业单位和个人,关心、支持民族教育,为民族地区的繁荣和进步尽心尽力.
Economic backwardness in ethnic minority areas is, in the final analysis, lagging behind in education and lagging behind in science and technology.Developing education and rapidly raising the level of cultural science and technology of ethnic minorities are urgent tasks.In addition to the help of the state, social forces need to be mobilized to donate money for education and running schools. It is undoubtedly a meaningful event for factories to set up incentive funds for ethnic minority students in this area, and we hope that more enterprises and individuals will care for and support ethnic education and do their best for the prosperity and progress of ethnic areas.
