目的:为了了解我区孕妇尿碘的平均含量、不同含量不同人群的分布情况,为妇产科医师提供保健指导,同时为上级部门制定相关政策提供依据.方法:将近两年来我锡山区2972名孕妇的尿碘含量作一统计分析.结果:＜60μg/L的比例占8.78％,为严重碘缺乏群体；＜110μg/L的比例占49.9％,为碘缺乏群体,这个数目相当惊人,也就是说每两个孕妇中间就有一个孕妇碘缺乏,所以我们妇幼保健工作者要做的工作还很多很多.
