前些天,一位小学生家长在贴吧里发帖《老师,你睡了吗?我的孩子十点多还没写完作业》,曾经在贴吧产生热议,批评学校应试教育的弊端,讨伐少数教师的不负责任,受此启发,笔者不禁思考,网络既然已经成为人们生活的必备品,我们能否利用网络架起学校与家庭间的一座桥梁,方便教师与家长交流,对学生的辅导,出现问题及时进行沟通,通过沟通,消除分歧,统一见解,达到共同教育孩子的宗旨。体育教师,如何与学生、家长进行有效的沟通,双休日或者假期里如何指导学生进行有效的阳光体育锻炼。笔者所在学校从2011年开始创编推广健身项目《校园花式篮球》,为了有效地指导学生在家里进行练习,笔者参考《中国学校体育》的研讨方式,建立了QQ群(实小“花篮”FAMILY),这样,就能与学生进行有效的沟通,笔者把一些花篮训练的技术动作要领、一些表演视频放到了群共享中,孩子们有问题可以随时交流,同学之间也可以交流,及时上传孩子们在训练中的一些图片,公布考级评价的结果,表扬训练中的先进典型,学生看了高兴,家长看到也美滋滋的,主动关心孩子的考级成绩,调动了孩子们的热情,QQ搭建起了师生之间、同学之间交流的平台,小QQ发挥了大作用,“遥控”指导着孩子们在家里开展健身
