目的了解广东省梅州市梅州城区蚊虫对拟除虫菊酯和有机磷等常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为城区除四害工作提供科学依据。方法采用蚊蚴浸渍法进行抗性测定。结果梅州城区致乏库蚊野外品系对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性系数是2.4624;白纹伊蚊野生品系对敌敌畏的抗性系数为1.3050。结论梅州城区致乏库蚊对常用的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂高效氯氰菊酯已产生耐药性,白纹伊蚊野生品系对敌敌畏依然是处于敏感水平。
Objective To understand the resistance levels of mosquitoes to pyrethroid and organophosphate pesticides in Meizhou City, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, and to provide a scientific basis for the removal of four pesticides in urban areas. Methods The mosquito larvae were used for the determination of resistance. Results The resistance coefficient of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus to beta-cypermethrin in urban area of Meizhou was 2.4624. The susceptibility coefficient of wild Aedes albopictus to dichlorvos was 1.3050. Conclusion Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in Meizhou had resistance to the commonly used pyrethroid beta-cypermethrin, and the wild strain of Aedes albopictus was still sensitive to dichlorvos.
