目的:观察清肺止痉活血法治疗儿童支原体肺炎疗效,并探讨其对PLT及D-二聚体的影响。方法:选择本院于2014年1月—2014年8月收治的支原体肺炎患儿80例作为研究对象,按照数字随机法分为两组,每组40例,对照组给与阿奇霉素治疗,10 mg/(kg·d),1次/d,连用7 d,观察组于对照组基础上给与清肺止痉活血法治疗,水煎服,1剂/d,连用7 d,比较两组疗效及PLT及D-二聚体水平。结果:观察组经治疗后总有效率39例(97.5%),明显高于对照组32例(80.0%),χ2=6.135,P<0.05。观察组退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽缓解时间、住院天数分别为(1.4±0.8)d、(4.3±1.5)d、(4.1±1.3)d、(6.9±1.3)d,均明显低于对照组的,P<0.05。治疗后观察组PLT水平显著高于对照组,D-二聚体水平低于对照组,均P<0.05。结论:清肺止痉活血法治疗儿童支原体肺炎疗效较佳,且可降低D-二聚体水平,改善凝血功能。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Qingfeizhi jiashuoxue therapy on mycoplasma pneumonia in children and to explore its effect on PLT and D-dimer. Methods: Eighty children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted from January 2014 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the number randomization method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given azithromycin 10 mg / (kg · d) once a day for 7 days. The observation group was treated with Qingfei Zhijing Decoction and Shuijianbi (1 tablet / d) for 7 days on the basis of the control group. The curative effect was compared between the two groups And PLT and D-dimer levels. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 39 cases (97.5%), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (32.0%) (χ2 = 6.135, P <0.05). The duration of fever, disappearance of pulmonary rales, cough relief and hospital stay in the observation group were (1.4 ± 0.8) days, (4.3 ± 1.5 days), (4.1 ± 1.3 days) and (6.9 ± 1.3 days), respectively Significantly lower than the control group, P <0.05. After treatment, the PLT level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the D-dimer level was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qingfei Zhijing Decoction is effective in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children, and can reduce the level of D-dimer and improve the coagulation function.
