生态住宅作为一种可持续建筑,推动其发展是适合我国国情需要的。健全的生态住宅综合评价体系是发展生态住宅的基础。构建生态住宅综合评价指标体系,在住宅全寿命周期费用的理论基础上对生态住宅的功能效益,经济效益、环境效益和社会效益进行综合评价是研究的重点。将灰色关联投影法应用到生态住宅的综合评价中,并采用离差最大化法确定评价指标权重,规避主观因素的影响,能使评价结论更客观准确。
Ecological housing as a sustainable building to promote its development is suitable for China’s national conditions. A sound ecological housing comprehensive evaluation system is the basis for the development of ecological housing. Constructing an index system of comprehensive evaluation of ecological housing, the comprehensive evaluation of the functional benefits, economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits of ecological houses on the basis of the life cycle cost of residential houses is the key point of study. The gray relational projection method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of ecological housing, and the method of maximizing dispersion to determine the weight of evaluation index and avoid the influence of subjective factors, which can make the evaluation conclusion more objective and accurate.
