班组是煤矿企业的最小管理单元,对班组的有效管理是提升企业管理水平和增收创效的基础条件。为了快速有效地推广优秀班组管理经验,实现全员班组化管理,结合平煤股份八矿班组管理的实际情况,设计了一套煤矿全员班组化管理信息系统的方案;介绍了煤矿全员班组化管理方法、系统的总体结构和主要功能,最后介绍了系统的实现;实际应用表明:该系统功能完善、操作简便、反应迅速,具有一定的推广应用价值。
