目的:对我科近4 a来应用球囊漂浮电极导管床旁临时心脏起搏20例进行总结分析,观察床旁临时心脏起搏可行性、安全性和有效性。方法:本组均先选择右侧股静脉途径,通过起搏心电图图形和导管深度来调整导管位置,行右室心内膜临时起搏。结果:本组中19例成功起搏,1例因心脏电-机械分离无起搏夺获,成功率达95%。2例在术后24h后发生电极脱位。结论:应用球囊漂浮电极导管床旁临时心脏起搏疗效肯定,并发症少,值得在基层医院推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze 20 cases of temporary cardiac pacing with balloon-floating electrode catheter in our hospital in recent 4 years and observe the feasibility, safety and effectiveness of temporary cardiac pacing beside the bed. Methods: In this group, the right femoral vein was selected first, and the position of catheter was adjusted by pacing ECG and catheter depth. Temporary pacing of right ventricular endocardium was performed. Results: 19 cases of successful pacing in this group, 1 case of cardiac electro-mechanical separation without pacing, the success rate was 95%. Electrode dislocation occurred in 2 cases after 24h. Conclusion: The application of balloon floating electrode catheter bed with temporary cardiac pacing is effective and has fewer complications. It is worth popularizing in the primary hospital.
