目的 :观察平阳霉素和 X射线对小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化的作用 ,为临床化疗用药和调整放疗剂量提供实验依据。方法 :采用脾淋巴细胞转化的 3H- Td R掺入法。结果 :随着平阳霉素浓度和电离辐射剂量的增加 ,小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率逐渐降低 ;在平阳霉素加 10 Gy照射组 ,随着平阳霉素浓度增加其淋巴细胞转化率逐渐低于单纯 10 Gy照射组。结论 :平阳霉素与损伤剂量的 X射线之间有协同作用。为减轻化疗和放疗联合所产生的毒副作用 ,应减少平阳霉素的用量或放疗的剂量。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of pingyangmycin and x-ray on the transformation of splenic lymphocytes in mice and provide experimental evidence for clinical chemotherapy and dose adjustment. Methods: 3H-Td incorporation of splenic lymphocytes was used. Results: With the increase of Pingyangmycin concentration and dose of ionizing radiation, the conversion rate of spleen lymphocytes in mice gradually decreased. In Pingyangmycin plus 10 Gy group, the lymphocyte transformation rate gradually decreased with the increase of Pingyangmycin concentration Simple 10 Gy irradiation group. Conclusions: There is a synergistic effect between pingyangmycin and X-ray at the dose of injury. In order to reduce the side effects caused by the combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the dosage of pingyangmycin or the dose of radiotherapy should be reduced.
