目的规范指导食物中毒预防和控制工作,保障广大人民群众饮食安全和身体健康。方法通过对2010年网络直报食物中毒季节、月份、原因、场所和学校等进行描述。结果食物中毒第三季度最多,集中在7~9月,微生物性食物中毒起数和中毒人数最多,有毒动植物及毒蘑菇引起的死亡人数最多,家庭是引起食物中毒最多的场所,学校食堂是学校食物中毒主要所在。结论加大对不同情况食物中毒原因管理,避免食物中毒发生。
Objective Normative food poisoning prevention and control work to protect the general population diet and physical health. Methods The 2010 online direct reporting of food poisoning season, month, reason, place and school are described. Results The third quarter of food poisoning was the most concentrated, from July to September. Microbial food poisoning caused the highest number and poisoning of poisonous animals and plants and poisonous mushrooms, causing the largest number of deaths. Families were the places that caused the most food poisoning. School canteens were School food poisoning is the main place. Conclusion Increasing the management of food poisoning in different situations and avoiding food poisoning.
