In the HI-13 tandem upgrade project, the on-line isotope separator (BRISOL) was created and sorted by the magnetic analyzer to produce the required radionuclide beam. In order to effectively diagnose the beam, beam current measurement units are arranged at key locations along the beam. Beam measurement unit is a number of different functions of the beam measuring element, beam optical permitting, the centralized placement in a vacuum unit.
