为了扩大原料来源、降低成本,我们采用以苯酐,二缩三乙二醇、顺丁烯二酸酐等为原料,试制出苯酐——二缩型液态光敏树脂。本文对其合成工艺、树脂性能及制版方法进行了初步探索,并对反应终点的判断作了改进。在第二步缩合反应时主要根据折光率作为控制指标,折光指数要求达到1.510左右(温度在20℃),酸值在53.1,则反应完成。实验证明用此种树脂制版机械性能好、方法简便。
In order to expand the sources of raw materials, reduce costs, we use phthalic anhydride, triethylene glycol, maleic anhydride as raw materials, trial-produced phthalic anhydride - two liquid photosensitive resin. In this paper, the synthesis process, resin properties and plate making methods were initially explored, and the judgment of the reaction end point was improved. In the second step of condensation reaction mainly based on the refractive index as a control index, refractive index requirements of about 1.510 (temperature at 20 ℃), the acid value of 53.1, the reaction is completed. Experiments show that using this resin plate mechanical properties, the method is simple.
