目的制备灭多威分子印迹聚合物,并考察聚合物的吸附量、选择性等相关性质。方法利用沉淀聚合法合成灭多威分子印迹聚合物,并采用红外光谱法研究聚合物的结构和结合位点,最后利用UPLC法检测灭多威浓度以表征聚合物的吸附量和选择性。结果制备的灭多威分子印迹聚合物吸附平衡时间为3h,最大吸附量Qmax=132.47μmol·g-1,且具有较好的选择吸附作用。结论制备的灭多威分子印迹聚合物具有很高的吸附性,而且在结构相似底物混合存在情况下对灭多威保持较好的选择性,为复杂的实际样品分析提供了条件。
OBJECTIVE To prepare methomyl molecularly imprinted polymers and investigate the adsorption capacity, selectivity and other related properties of the polymers. Methods The molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized by precipitation polymerization. The structure and binding sites of polymer were studied by infrared spectroscopy. Finally, the concentration of methomyl was detected by UPLC to characterize the adsorption capacity and selectivity of polymer. Results MB adsorption molecular imprinted polymer prepared equilibrium time 3h, the maximum adsorption capacity Qmax = 132.47μmol · g-1, and has a better selective adsorption. CONCLUSION Methomol molecularly imprinted polymer has high adsorbability and retains good selectivity to methomyl in the presence of similar substrate mixtures, providing conditions for complex real sample analysis.
