从新疆各地的棉花黄萎病株上共分离到30 个野生型棉花黄萎病菌菌株,以及陕西省植保所提供T9 、VD8 、安阳菌株及泾阳菌株,经在WAC 培养基上诱发培养,34 个菌株共获得431 个突变体,其中114 个为NitM,占26 .45 % ,317 个为Nitl,占73 .55 % 。经营养体亲和性配对测试,32 个菌株可分为2 个营养亲合群(VCGs) ,T9 与VD8 属于亲合群Ⅰ(VCG1) ,其余30 个菌株属于亲合群Ⅱ(VCG2) ,落叶型菌株与非落叶型菌株分属于不同的营养亲合群,新疆棉花黄萎病菌基本属于亲和群Ⅱ(VCG2) 。
