利用不同浓度甘露醇溶液模拟干旱 ,初步研究了在河北省推广面积较大的 3个杂交玉米品种——冀丰 5 8、农大 6 0和掖单 19在水分胁迫下种子吸水、萌发及幼苗生长的变化。研究结果表明 ,随甘露醇溶液浓度的增加 ,种子吸水速度及吸水量降低 ,发芽时间延长 ,幼苗生长受阻。 3个品种比较 ,农大 6 0、冀丰 5 8抗旱性较强 ,适宜在干旱地区推广 ,掖单 19抗旱性较弱 ,适宜在高水肥地区种植
Using different concentrations of mannitol to simulate the drought, the preliminary study of water absorption, germination and seedling growth of three hybrid maize varieties Jikeng58, Nongda60 and Yedan19 under the water stress in Hebei Province was conducted. The change. The results showed that with the increase of mannitol concentration, the water absorption rate and water absorption decreased, the germination time prolonged, and the seedling growth was blocked. Compared with the three cultivars, NDRC 60 and Jifeng 58 had better drought resistance and were suitable for popularization in arid areas. Yedan 19 had less drought resistance and was suitable for planting in high water and fertilizer areas
