分析了目前在农村开展的社区教育中存在的对社区教育的重要性认识不足、社区教育管理机制未健全、社区教育资源不能共享、社区教育的队伍建设还不够完善、社区教育的经费保障体系未形成等不足与问题,并针对存在的问题与不足从提高认识,奠定社区教育发展基础,加大资金投入力度,落实经费保障机制等方面阐述了解决的策略,从而让社区教育工作在新农村建设作出真正应有的服务和贡献。
