本文通过对盆式橡胶支座的抗压、转动、疲劳、低温等一系列试验,表明盆式橡胶支座承压可靠,转动灵活。通过对聚四氟乙烯及填充聚四氟乙烯的抗压、摩擦、磨耗、疲劳、徐变等试验,表明聚四氟乙烯及填充聚四氟乙烯具有良好的低摩擦特性及足够的抗压性能,适用于做活动支座的滑板。文中初步分析了聚四氟乙烯及填充聚四氟乙烯的磨耗机理,提出用于支座的合理使用应力。在上述试验基础上,提供组合支座的设计参数,以及构造措施,为发展高吨位桥梁支座开辟了新途径。
In this paper, a series of tests of pot rubber bearing such as compression, rotation, fatigue and low temperature show that the pot rubber bearing is reliable in pressure and flexible in rotation. In this paper, the wear mechanism of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) was preliminarily analyzed, and the reasonable stress for bearing was proposed. Based on the above experiments, the design parameters of the composite bearing and the construction measures are provided, which opens a new way for the development of high tonnage bridge bearing.
