在超薄沥青混凝土研究成果的基础上,提出了新型易密实沥青混凝土路面养护材料。采用不同的外掺剂配制沥青混合料,使用多种室内试验全面评价不同外掺剂对混合料使用性能的影响,试验结果表明掺加外掺剂的混合料总体性能有较大提高。将试验结果与常见的面层AC-13C混合料相对应的指标进行对比,结果表明掺加易密实添加剂和聚酯纤维后,混合料的性能明显好于AC-13C混合料。并对铺筑的实体工程进行跟踪观测,检测结果表明处治后的路段经过长期使用,依然保有很好的服务水平,无新车辙病害出现。
Based on the research results of ultra-thin asphalt concrete, a new type of dense concrete asphalt pavement maintenance material is proposed. Different admixtures were used to prepare asphalt mixtures. Various indoor experiments were conducted to evaluate the influence of different admixtures on the performance of the mixtures. The results show that the overall performance of the admixtures with admixtures is greatly improved. The test results are compared with the corresponding indicators of the surface AC-13C mixture. The results show that the performance of the mixture is obviously better than that of the AC-13C mixture when the compounded additives and polyester fibers are blended. And the physical construction of the paved track observation, test results show that after the treatment of the road after long-term use, still maintain a good level of service, no new rut disease appear.
