十余年的基础教育课程改革已取得了一定的成就,但随着课程改革步入深水区,师资整体水平不能适应课程改革需求的问题日益凸显,主要表现为:促进课程改革的宏观环境尚未真正形成,低效度的师资培养制约了课程改革,课程领导的社会合作机制尚未真正形成。要实现基础教育新的课程领导模式建构,就必须把构建多元统一的课程领导新体制作为课程改革的基础,把培养卓越师资作为课程改革成功的关键,把变革现行高考招生制度作为课程改革的源动力。通过多措并举,实现基础教育新的课程领导模式的科学确立。
The basic education curriculum reform has made some achievements in more than ten years. However, as the curriculum reform steps into the deep water area, the problem that teachers’ overall level can not meet the needs of the curriculum reform has become increasingly prominent. The main manifestations are as follows: the macroscopic environment for promoting the curriculum reform has not yet been real The formation and ineffectiveness of teacher training has restricted curriculum reform and the social cooperation mechanism of curriculum leadership has not yet come into being. In order to realize the construction of a new curriculum leadership model for basic education, we must regard the construction of a new system of multiple leadership and leadership as the basis of curriculum reform, regard the cultivation of excellent teachers as the key to the success of curriculum reform, and reform the current entrance examination system as the source of curriculum reform power. By taking drastic measures to realize the scientific establishment of the new curriculum leadership mode of basic education.
