随着现代心理学的发展,技术的革新,念动训练法正在不断的得到应用和发展,对其在田径技术训练的应用中进行探究来不断地提高学生在田径上运动技术水平。文章通过实验对比方法,根据学校田径教学的特点,将念动训练法用于田径中的技术教学,并对其教学效应进行探索。受传统的、典型的技术观、生物观的教育影响,学生普遍喜欢体育却对上体育课反感。现如今如何在新“纲要”和“三大理念”的指导下进行变革和改进,以求符合高等教育的发展方向和总体要求;如何在内容和形式上不断创新,体现“健康第一”、“以人为本”的思想。以此为目的,文章拟将念动训练法引入到田径课教学中,以期对田径教学有所裨益。
With the development of modern psychology, the innovation of technique and the practice of reading training are being applied and developed unceasingly, and their application in track and field technique training is explored to improve students’ athletic skills in track and field. According to the characteristics of track and field teaching in school, this article uses the method of experimental training to apply to the technical teaching of track and field, and probes into its teaching effect through experimental contrast method. By the traditional, typical view of technology, biological concept of education, the students generally like sports but aversion to physical education. Now how to make changes and improvements under the guidance of the new Outline and the Three Ideas in order to meet the development direction and overall requirements of higher education and how to continuously innovate in content and form and reflect the principle of “ Health first ”,“ people-oriented ”thinking. For this purpose, the article intends to introduce the practice training method to track and field teaching, with a view to track and field teaching has some benefits.
