采用高性能复合砂浆钢筋网薄层(HPFL)对预制空心板进行拼装加固,并对拼装加固好的空心板试件进行试验研究,分析用HPFL拼装加固后的预制空心板试件的水平承载力,比较不同强度等级的高性能复合砂浆对预制空心板试件抗剪承载力的影响,在此基础上采用有限元计算软件ANSYS建立三维有限元分析模型,对HPFL加固预制空心板进行分析,模拟数值加载全过程和加固构件的受力性能,并与试验结果进行比较分析,研究加固构件的抗剪性能。有限元分析结果与试验结果基本一致,表明:采用HPFL拼装加固能明显提高装配整体式空心板的抗剪承载力,提高其平面内整体性,且复合砂浆强度越高,提高效果越明显。
The prefabricated hollow slabs were assembled and reinforced by HPFL, and the assembled hollow slabs were tested.
