基于CDIO理念的高职应用英语专业人才培养模式研究

在高职教育人才培养过程中,以CDIO工程教育模式的理念改革应用英语专业的教学目标、课程设置、教材内容、教学方式和考核方法,是一个具有创新性的人才培养模式改革思路。以CDIO为理念的教育模式把知识、能力、岗位三者融合起来,以源于企业的工作项目为导向,以培养学生英语综合能力为目标,以校企合作为依托,以涉外应用型人才培养为载体,使高职应用英语专业的人才培养与企业紧密联系,从而培养出能够适应社会和企业要求的高职应用英语专业人才。 In the process of talent cultivation in higher vocational education, it is an innovative reform idea of ​​talent cultivation mode that applies the teaching objectives, curriculum, teaching material, teaching methods and assessment methods of English majors in the reform of CDIO engineering education mode.
