本次跨年度贸易管制政策调整呈现微调态势,共有7个部委与海关总署发布联合公告10个,涉及14个监管证件。根据《2015年关税实施方案》对税则税目的调整情况,以及加强进出口管理的需要,商务部、环境保护部、农业部、质检总局、国家濒管办、人民银行、体育总局等国家主管部门联合海关总署对2015年进出口贸易管制商品目录进行了调整。其中,由于商务部、质检总局等主管部委已于2014年6月底分别调减了《自动进口许可证管理货物目录》和法检商品目录,故本次年底没有再出
