用多羟基铝及多羟基镓低聚物对合成皂石及临安土(浙江临安产的粘土)交联,制得氧化铝、氧化镓交联粘土,并表征了样品的物化性能,考察了样品对1,2,4-三甲苯歧化反应的催化性能。结果表明:交联粘土对1,2,4-三甲苯的歧化选择性较高(与Hβ沸石比较),且氧化镓交联粘土的异构选择性高于氧化铝交联粘土,氧化铝交联粘土的歧化选择性高(与氧化镓交联粘土及Hβ沸石比较)。
Alumina and gallium oxide cross-linked clay were prepared by cross-linking synthetic saponite and Lin’an clay (Zhejiang Lin’an clay) with polyhydroxy aluminum and polyhydroxy gallium oligomer, and the physico-chemical properties of the samples were characterized. Catalytic activity of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene disproportionation reaction. The results showed that the disproportionation selectivity of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene to cross-linked clay was higher than that of Hβ zeolite, and the heterogeneous selectivity of the cross-linked clay was higher than that of alumina cross-linked clay and alumina The disproportionation selectivity of the clay is high (compare with the Ga oxide cross-linked clay and Hβ zeolite).
