2016年,课题组先后4次到东方、白沙、屯昌、定安、文昌、昌江、儋州、洋浦、保亭、五指山和乐东等11个市县进行省直驻市县垂直管理单位工资统发专题调研。通过发放调查问卷、召开座谈会和现场系统查询等方式,全面了解省直垂直管理单位工资统发业务流程等情况,并就存在问题提出建议及对策。
