为实现铸造轴承合金炉料配比的优化和控制,以成本最低为效益指标,构建合金配比模型及其智能配料系统。系统平台能独立完成合金配比优化、智能配料等工作,其特征是利用遗传算法GA优化求解炉料配比,改造斗式提升机并配置电控系统以定量供给合金原料。应用表明,合金配比效率高,便于控制合金成本。
In order to realize the optimization and control of the ratio of the cast bearing alloy to the charge of the cast bearing, the alloy matching model and the intelligent batching system are constructed with the lowest cost as the benefit index. The system platform can independently finish alloy proportion optimization and intelligent batching, which is characterized by using genetic algorithm GA to optimize the ratio of charge to charge, reforming the bucket elevator and configuring the electric control system to quantitatively supply alloy raw materials. Application shows that the ratio of alloy high efficiency, easy to control alloy costs.
