前一段时间,北京房地产市场说“住宅郊区化”的声音很大。住到郊区好处有很多,比如说房子价钱便宜,地方大,绿化好,空气自然也好。可是买房子的人都不买账。该买城里的房子照买城里的房子,管你开发商和媒体把郊区化吹得天花乱坠。我也希望买的房子便宜,也希望住的地方宽敞,要是拉开窗帘就可以看见森林,推开窗户就可以听见喜鹊在冲我喳喳叫,当然会更好。可是我知道,这些美妙的东西,跟我们这些普通在城市中辛勤工作的买房人没有关系。那些都是又有钱人又有闲的人享受。如果我没有足够多的钱买别墅和汽车,以及足够的时间去欣赏和享受那些,那我还是住在城里头自在快活。
