目的规范口腔器械消毒工作,有效预防与控制医院感染。方法实施消毒供应室集中化管理。结果通过实施集中化管理,由供应室定时将使用后的口腔器械回收,根据器械的危险程度及性质选择合适的消毒、清洗、包装、灭菌方法,极大地提高了口腔器械的消毒灭菌合格率。结论实施集中化管理是确保消毒灭菌质量的有效方法和必然趋势。
Objective To standardize the disinfection of oral instruments, effective prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods Implement a centralized management of disinfection supply room. The results of the implementation of centralized management, the supply room from time to time after the use of oral equipment recovery, according to the degree of risk and nature of the equipment to choose the appropriate disinfection, cleaning, packaging, sterilization methods, which greatly improved the sterilization of oral instruments qualified rate. Conclusion The implementation of centralized management is an effective way and inevitable trend to ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization.
