气管血管瘤在临床上十分少见。我院于 1995年手术治疗气管血管瘤 1例 ,随访 5年无复发 ,现报告如下。病例　患者男性 ,16岁 ,因吸气性呼吸困难伴间断咳血 2个月于 1995年 12月2日入院。入院前曾咳出烂肉样物 ,在当地医院做病理检查 ,诊断为蕈状血管瘤。查体 :发育正常 ,气管居 Tracheal hemangiomas are rare in the clinic. In 1995, our hospital treated 1 case of tracheal hemangioma, followed up for 5 years without recurrence. The report is as follows. Cases The patient was a 16-year-old male patient admitted to hospital on December 2, 1995 for inspiratory dyspnea with intermittent hemoptysis for 2 months.
