如何解决公安高等专科院校经济犯罪侦查专业人才培养中存在的教学同实践脱节、教育同需求脱节的现象,花大力气提高现有专业课教师的实战经验、实战水平已成为当务之急。本文通过对提高经侦专业课教师实战能力的必要性分析,剖析经侦专业课教师实战能力欠缺的原因,提出经侦专业课教师实战能力培养的措施建议。 How to solve the existing teaching practice in economy criminal investigation specialty in public security college is out of line with the practice and the phenomenon that education is out of line with demand and make great efforts to improve the actual combat experience and actual combat level of existing professional teachers has become a top priority. Based on the analysis of the necessity of improving the actual combat ability of economic investigation teachers, this paper analyzes the reasons for lack of actual combat ability of the teachers of Economic Investigation Department and puts forward some measures and suggestions on cultivating the actual combat ability of the teachers of Economic Investigation Department.
