目的:探讨口含自制卡通模型康复新液冰块在儿童扁桃体术后护理中的应用效果。方法:将在福建省泉州市儿童医院耳鼻喉科接受低温等离子双侧扁桃体切除术后含服康复新液的患儿,按就诊顺序,采用随机余数分组分为试验组62例和对照组54例。试验组患儿根据医嘱每次抽取10 ml康复新液,打入卡通模具内,放于冰箱冷冻室制成冰块备用,3次/d,每次分发1块给患儿含服;对照组患儿每次予康复新液10 ml含服。比较2组患儿的药物依从性、术后前3 d的疼痛程度及出血率等情况。结果:试验组患儿药物依从性良好41例占66.12%(41/62),明显高于对照组的18例占33.33%(18/54),差异有统计学意义(n χ2值为13.34,n P<0.01)。试验组患儿术后1~3 d疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n χ2值为10.79、9.60、15.89,n P0.05)。n 结论:采用口含自制卡通模型康复新液冰块,不仅可以明显提高患儿服药的依从性,并且能够减轻患儿术后疼痛,提升患儿术后舒适度及食欲,促进术后创面修复,帮助患儿顺利按预期康复出院,提高住院满意度。“,”Objective:To explore the effect of self-made cartoon model orally administered Kangfuxin Solution (KFXS) ice cube in postoperative tonsillectomy of children.Methods:The children who would take KFXS after low temperature plasma tonsillectomy in otolaryngology department of Quanzhou Children′s Hospital, were randomly divided into two groups by visit order, the experimental group and the control group. Briefly, 10 ml KFXS solution was used to make a KFXS ice cube by putting it into the cartoon mold and then the refrigerator freezer. According to the doctor's advice, the children in the experimental group took one piece of KFXS ice cube each time by oral administration, three times a day; meanwhile, the children in the control group took 10 ml of KFXS each time as a gargle. The drug compliance, pain degree and bleeding rate of the two groups were further investigated.Results:Totally 116 cases were enrolled into the group, including 62 in the experimental group and 54 in the control group. 41 cases (66.12%) of the experimental group had good drug compliance, which was significantly higher than that of 18 cases (33.33%) in the control group (n χ2 value was 13.34, n P < 0.01). The pain degree of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( n χ2 value was 10.79, 9.60, 15.89, n P 0.05).n Conclusion:Using self-made cartoon model orally administered KFXS ice cube, not only can significantly improve the compliance of children during the recovery period, but also can reduce the postoperative pain, improve the postoperative comfort and appetite of children, promote the postoperative wound repair, help children to recover and discharge as expected, improve the satisfaction of hospitalization.
