2016年1月,财政部开始在全国范围内组织开展行政事业单位资产清查工作,这也是继2006年,相隔10年后的又一次由财政部组织实施的全国性的资产大清查。截止2017年6月底,这项历时一年多的资产清查工作已接近尾声。本文在阐述行政事业单位资产清查的现状及特点基础上,深入探讨了通过资产清查中发现的行政事业单位国有资产管理存在的问题及其成因,并针对性的提出了改善行政事业单位国有资产管理的对策建议。
In January 2016, the Ministry of Finance started organizing the inventory of assets in administrative units across the country. This is also the second national asset check conducted again and again by the Ministry of Finance in 2006, 10 years later. As of the end of June 2017, this asset check-up project, which lasted more than a year, is drawing to a close.
