１９９０～１９９１年采集北京市区中学教师金血及头发各２０７份，突然死亡成人心、肝、脾、肺、肾及肌肉５８份样品。采用人发（ＧＢＷ１９１０１）及小牛肝（ＳＲＭ１５７７）为标准参考物质，用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪（ＰＥ－５１００）测试上述样品的含铬量。讨论了人体体液、组织及脏器铬参照值及其意义，初步评价北京成人铬的营养状态．
From 1990 to 1991, 207 samples of gold blood and hair from secondary school teachers in Beijing city were collected, and 58 samples of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and muscle were suddenly killed. The human hair (GBW19101) and calf liver (SRM1577) as a reference material, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer (PE-5100) to test the chromium content of the above samples. The reference values of body fluids, tissues and organs of chromium and their significance were discussed, and the nutritional status of adults in Beijing was preliminarily evaluated.
