前言目前所采用的地震系数法,是把地震力作为静力来处理的,在堆石坝中也采用地震系数法来决定对于地震安全的基本剖面。在设计中所采用的地震系数根据坝址的地震活动程度在0.1~0.2范围内选用。在日本,按照这种地震系数法设计的坝在过去的地震中没有受到破坏,根据这一事实,可以说这种设计方法是偏于安全的。但是,高度较高的堆石坝还没有受过近距离的大地震。而且,在地震系数法中没有考虑坝体中反应加速度的增大,在坝体各部分都同样作用着惯性
Preface The seismic coefficient method currently used is to treat the seismic force as static force. The seismic coefficient method is also used in rockfill dam to determine the basic profile for seismic safety. The seismic coefficient used in the design is selected within the range of 0.1 ~ 0.2 according to the degree of seismic activity at the dam site. In Japan, the dam designed according to this seismic coefficient method has not been destroyed in the past earthquakes. Based on this fact, it can be said that this design method is biased towards safety. However, high rockfill dams have not been subjected to large earthquakes at close range.
