高职教育的发展离不开一支高素质的“双师型”教师队伍,这也是提高高职教学效果、增强人才培养质量的重要举措。然而,当前高职院校对“双师型”教师的评价机制存在诸多的缺陷,影响了高职教师队伍的发展和成长。基于此,文章对当前高职院校“双师型”教师评价中存在的问题进行了探讨,并有针对性地提出了解决策略。
The development of higher vocational education is inseparable from a contingent of highly qualified teachers with double qualifications. This is also an important measure to improve the teaching effect of higher vocational education and enhance the quality of personnel training. However, there are many defects in the evaluation mechanism of “double-qualified teachers” in vocational colleges at present, which affects the development and growth of higher vocational teachers. Based on this, the article discusses the existing problems in the evaluation of “double teacher” teachers in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some solutions to the problems.
