信用是社会主义国家资金再分配的一个重要手段。建国以来,在我国社会主义革命与社会主义建设中信用发挥着重要作用。当前全国人民在党中央领导下进行新的长征,信用更是一个不可忽视的力量。华主席在五届人大政府工作报告中特别指出了“要发挥财政银行信货对各项经济活动的促进和监督作用,使各经济单位提高经营管理水平,讲求经济效果为国家多积累资金”。以后在财贸双学大会上华主席又指出资金分配和贷款的是否合理,“也在很大程度上决定着经济事业的发展是否多快好省”。因此研究信用,更好地发挥社会主义信用的作用,是当前理论界与实际工作中一个重要课题,本文试就信用与商品经济的联系谈一谈信用的发生发展,社会主义信用的客观必然性,以及信用工作要重视价值规律的运用几个问题。 Credit is an important means of redistribution of funds in socialist countries. This paper attempts to discuss the relationship between credit and commodity economy to talk about the occurrence and development of credit, the objective necessity of socialist credit, As well as the credit work should pay attention to the law of value of several issues.
