由于原郾城县电业局上划后,公司用工总量大幅增加,员工文化程度和业务技术水平相对薄弱,人员配置不尽合理,人员结构亟需优化。同时由于双方职工收入存在差距,思想观念缺乏统一认识,业务技能水平差距较大,在收入分配等利益方面存在矛盾和冲突,严重影响了公司发展。本文主要依据公司发展现状,对内部的发展管理提出了详细的策略。
