锅炉压力容器是日常生活中常见的工业机械设备,在工业领域中有着相当重要的位置,在当今的社会建设与生产中更是有着举足轻重的关键作用。作为实际运行过程中重要的承压设备,锅炉压力容器最容易受到工作环境以及工作负荷的影响,为了避免发生安全事故,带来经济损失,必须要做好锅炉压力容器的检验工作。本文对锅炉压力容器检验工作中的事故进行了深入的分析与解读,并提出了相应的预防策略,以期进一步完善锅炉压力容器检验工作的事故预防策略。
Boiler pressure vessel is a common industrial machinery and equipment in daily life, has a very important position in the industrial field, in today’s social construction and production is even more pivotal role. As an important pressure-bearing equipment in practical operation, the boiler pressure vessel is most easily affected by the working environment and the work load. In order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents and bring economic losses, the boiler pressure vessels must be inspected. This article has carried on the thorough analysis and the interpretation to the accident in the boiler pressure vessel inspection work, and put forward the corresponding prevention strategy, in order to further improve the accident prevention strategy of the boiler pressure vessel inspection work.
