随着电力体制改革的不断深入,发电企业面临剧烈的竞争。提高后勤部门和员工的绩效,既是保障电力生产的要求,也是自身发展的需要。在分析了绩效考核和绩效管理的区别、发电企业后勤部门的特性、以及套用主业考核机制所存在问题的基础上,在绩效管理理论的指导下,提出了后勤部门实施绩效管理的过程中需要注意和加强的几方面问题,以期对发电企业后勤部门实施绩效管理有所参考。
